Meet Bethany Mixson

Some people grow up knowing exactly where they belong.

I’ve been fortunate enough to call Northwest Florida home my entire life.

As a proud Niceville native—or what many of us affectionately call a “Boggy Girl”—I’ve watched this community grow while staying true to the values that make it such a special place to live. My roots here run deep, and so does my appreciation for the people who make this area feel like home.

Family has always been the center of my life.

I’m blessed to be a wife, a mom to three wonderful children, a proud mother-in-law, and “Nana” to my beautiful granddaughters, Mila Bethany and Armani. Some of my favorite moments happen around family gatherings, cheering at local events, enjoying time on the water with my husband, or simply watching my granddaughters discover something new.

Those experiences shape the way I approach real estate.

To me, helping someone buy or sell a home isn’t just about the property. It’s about everything that comes afterward.

It’s watching a first-time buyer receive their keys.

It’s helping a growing family find room for the next chapter of life.

It’s welcoming military families to a new community.

It’s seeing friends become neighbors and neighbors become lifelong friends.

Those are the moments that stay with me.

That’s also why I created Life Happens Here.
